10.64.230 WHEELED TOYS AND BICYCLES – PROHIBITED IN BUSINESS DISTRICT.
   No person shall use or operate any bicycle or wheeled toy upon any sidewalk in a business district or adjacent to any place of public assembly. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
