A. No person shall ride or operate a bicycle on any sidewalk in the city except as may be specifically exempted in this chapter.
B. Juveniles under the age of eleven years, exercising due care and giving the pedestrian right-of-way, may ride and operate their bicycles upon sidewalks, excepting such sidewalks as are in front of schools, stores or buildings used for business purposes. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
