10.64.190 OPERATION – U-TURN LIMITATIONS.
   No bicycle shall be turned in any business district so as to proceed in the opposite direction, except at intersections. No bicycle operated in a residence district shall be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction within two hundred feet of an approaching vehicle, except at an intersection. (Ord. 432 § 2 (part), 1982)
