10.64.180 OPERATION – STOP BEFORE CROSSING REQUIRED WHEN.
   The operator of a bicycle, on leaving an alley or driveway, when his or her view of either the sidewalk or street area is obstructed, shall stop the bicycle immediately prior to riding upon the sidewalk or street area. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
