10.64.170 OPERATIONS – SPEED RESTRICTIONS.
   No person shall ride or operate a bicycle faster than is reasonable and proper; and every bicycle shall be operated with reasonable regard to the safety of the operator and other persons upon the streets, sidewalks and public highways of the city. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
