10.64.140 OPERATION – COMPLIANCE WITH RULES OF THE ROAD.
   It is unlawful for any person to ride or operate a bicycle in the city in violation of any of the rules of the road as set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
