10.64.120 LOST OR DEFACED LICENSES – REPORT REQUIRED – REPLACEMENT FEE.
   Upon loss or defacing of a license plate, the licensee is required to report its loss or theft within ten days to the police department. Upon receipt of the report, the finance department shall cancel this license and issue a new license plate to the licensee upon receipt of one dollar. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
