10.64.110 MUTILATION OF REGISTRATION OR SERIAL NUMBER.
   No person shall remove, destroy, mutilate, alter or obliterate any serial number upon any bicycle registered under this chapter, nor shall any person remove, destroy, mutilate, alter or obliterate any registration sticker issued pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
