10.64.100 PURCHASER TO APPLY FOR NEW REGISTRATION.
   It shall be the duty of the purchaser of a registered bicycle to apply for a new registration therefor within ten days of the sale or transfer of ownership. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
