10.64.090 REGISTRATION – SCOPE.
   Bicycle registrations, when issued, shall entitle the registrant to operate the bicycle for which the registration has been issued upon all streets, alleys and public highways, exclusive of the sidewalks and freeways thereof, in the city. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
