2.12.010 TIME OF REGULAR MEETINGS. 
   The regular meetings shall be held in the council chambers on the first (1st) and third (3rd) Tuesdays of each month at five p.m. (5:00 p.m.), except when a meeting day falls upon a holiday, in which case the meeting shall be held on the next succeeding business day at the same hour.
