10.60.020 DEFINITIONS.
   The definitions contained in Division 1 of the California Vehicle Code shall govern the interpretation of the words used in this chapter except for the following:
   A.   CHIEF OF POLICE.  Any officer of the police department so designated and authorized.
   B.   CITY. The city of Pinole.
   C.   NUISANCE. As specified in Section 10.60.010 and as defined in Section 370 of the California Penal Code.
   D.   OWNER OF LAND. The owner of the land on which the vehicle, or parts thereof, is located as shown on the last equalized assessment roll.
   E.   OWNER OF THE VEHICLE. “Owner” as that term is defined in the California Vehicle Code.
   F.   PUBLIC PROPERTY. Does not include “highway.” (Ord. 502 § 2 (part), 1987).
