2.05.040 ATTENDANCE AT COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to attend all meetings of the City Council, or to appoint a deputy City Clerk to attend meetings, unless at his or her request, he or she is excused from attendance by the mMayor. (Ord. 2004-13 § 1, 2004)
