10.44.060 CLOSING OF HIGHWAY TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AUTHORIZED WHEN.
   The city traffic engineer may determine that certain streets should be temporarily or permanently closed to vehicular traffic after review of traffic studies or reports which reflect the necessity for closing the street. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
