2.05.020 ADDITIONAL DUTIES.
   A.   The City Clerk shall specifically have the duties prescribed in Government Code Sections 40801 through 40814.
   B.   It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to perform other such duties and exercise of other powers as may be delegated to him or her from time to time by ordinance or resolution or other official action of the City Council .
   C.   It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to serve as the secretary of the redevelopment agency.
   D.   The day-to-day duties of the City Clerk shall be supervised and coordinated by the City Manager. (Ord. 2004-13 § 1, 2004)
