A. The
City Council
may determine certain off-street parking facilities owned and operated by a local authority or that are privately owned and maintained as requested by the owner thereof to have designated parking spaces for disabled persons as defined in the Vehicle Code.
B. The owner or person in lawful possession of an offstreet parking facility, after proper notification to the police department has been made, may remove or cause to be removed those vehicles in violation of this section. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
