2.05.010 OFFICE CREATED.
   The office of the City Clerk, of the City of Pinole is established. The City Clerk shall be appointed by resolution of the City Council wholly on the basis of his or her administrative and executive abilities and qualifications and shall hold office for and during the pleasure of the City Council. (Ord. 2004-13 § 1, 2004)
