9.36.060 ENFORCEMENT – PENALTY.
   Violation of any section or sections of this chapter is declared to be a public nuisance and may be abated by the city in accordance with Chapter 1.12 of this code and California Civil Code Section 3479 et seq. (Ord. 576 § 1(part), 1995).
