Any person(s) claiming a reward for information leading to the apprehension and filing of a complaint charging a person with a crime as provided by resolution described in Section 9.32.020, must within ten days of furnishing such information complete and file with the police department a “claim for reward.” Such claim form shall provided by the police department and shall be in the form as herein provided.
