9.30.130 FEES.
   The fee for a tobacco retailer's license shall be set by Council resolution in an amount which covers the city costs for processing the application, inspecting the tobacco retailer's business premises to determine compliance with the standards contained in this chapter and implementing the licensing program. (Ord. 2019-06 (part), 2019; Ord. 99-105 § 1(part), 1999).
