Upon receipt of a completed application for a tobacco retailer's license, including payment of the license fee, and the completion of an inspection of the premises, if required by the City Manager, to determine compliance with this chapter, the City Manager shall issue a license. Each licensee shall prominently display the license at the location where tobacco sales are conducted. (Ord. 2019-06 (part), 2019; Ord. 99-105 § 1(part), 1999).
