9.30.050 SELF-SERVICE DISPLAYS.
   It is unlawful for any person to sell, permit to be sold, offer for sale, or display for sale, any tobacco product by means of self-service display, rack, counter-top or shelf that allows self-service sales for any tobacco product other than vendor-assisted sales. (Ord. 2019-06 (part), 2019; Ord. 99-105 § 1(part), 1999).
