2.04.030 INELIGIBILITY OF COUNCILMEMBERS. 
   No member of the City Council shall be eligible for appointment as City Manager until one year has elapsed after such councilmember has ceased to be a member of the City Council . (Ord. 01-100 § 1(part), 2001).
