9.12.030 POSTING ON UTILITY POLES AND PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   It is unlawful for any person to paste, paint, affix or fasten or cause to be painted, posted, affixed or fastened on any telegraph, telephone, electric light or street car pole, or on the sidewalk, roadway or on any public building or structure within the city of Pinole, any advertisement, bill notice, card, sign or advertising device. (Ord. 219 § 3, 1965).
