9.08.040 VIOLATION – PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who shall do any act prohibited by this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 480 § 2(part), 1986).
