9.08.010 CONSUMPTION OR POSSESSION ON UNLICENSED PREMISES.
   It is unlawful for any person in any place open or accessible to the general public which is not licensed to permit such possession or consumption, to possess or to consume from any bottle, can or other receptacle any spirituous, malt, vinous or alcoholic beverages. (Ord. 480 § 2(part), 1986).
