8.33.010 MARIJUANA CULTIVATION PROHIBITED.
   No person shall engage in marijuana cultivation in or upon any premises or property in the city. Marijuana cultivation shall include any activity involving the planting, growing, harvesting, drying, curing, grading, trimming, extracting, or processing of marijuana.
