8.28.060 VIOLATIONS – PENALTY.
   Any person who shall do any act prohibited by this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 01-105 § 1(part), 2000).
