5.60.030 PERMIT – OPERATION REQUIREMENTS.

   A.   No temporary activity governed by this chapter shall violate the following:

      1.   Interfere with pedestrian traffic using a public sidewalk;

      2.   Interfere with traffic flow on public streets;

      3.   Interfere with on-site vehicular or pedestrian traffic flow;

      4.   Present a hazard to the public health, safety or general welfare;

      5.   Occur more than four times a year. (Ord. 590 § 1(part), 1996).
