5.44.080 MARATHON DANCES PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person to conduct, operate or carry on within the city of Pinole any marathon dance, marathon walk, or public dance where persons are employed to dance with patrons of such dance, either for a fixed compensation or for a percentage of the fee or charge made to patrons. (Ord. 253 § 5, 1968).
