5.44.050 PERMIT – NONTRANSFERABLE.
   Any permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be for a specific dance to be held on a specific date and at a specific place. Permits issued pursuant to this chapter shall not be transferable. (Ord. 253 § 6, 1968).
