5.44.040 PERMIT – REVOCATION.
   The chief of police may revoke any permit issued under this chapter for violation of any of the terms, conditions, regulations or provisions of this chapter, or of the laws of the state of
California or of the city of Pinole, or if the use or exercise of such permit would be detrimental to the health, safety, morals or welfare of the public. (Ord. 253 § 4, 1968).
