1.08.060 CLERK TO PREPARE SUMMARIES. 
   Pursuant to the provisions of Section 36933(c)(1) and (2) of the Government Code of the state, the City Clerk is designated as the official to prepare summaries of proposed ordinances and amendments to existing ordinances of the city. (Ord. 377 § 1, 1978).
