17.96.030 PRUNING OF A PROTECTED TREE.
   The pruning of any protected tree shall be performed only when it enhances its structural strength, health, general appearance or for safety reasons. Any pruning must be either completed by a certified/consulting arborist, or by the owner of protected tree who is following a plan created by a certified/consulting arborist. (Ord. 2010-02 § 1 (part), 2010)
