3.20.104 SEPARATE ACCOUNTS.  
   The city of Pinole shall establish a separate account for fees collected pursuant to this chapter, however, fees collected for park and recreation purposes shall be kept in the subdivision park trust fund. (Ord. 2008-03 § 2 (part), 2008; Ord. 462 § 1 (part), 1984).
