The Director of Finance or his/her designee shall comply with the public reporting requirements for the funds and accounts therein within one hundred and eighty (180) days of the end of each fiscal year as specified in Government Code Section66006(b), or any applicable successor statute. The Director of Finance or his/her designee shall also present the public reports to the City Council for review at the first regular Council meeting that occurs not more than fifteen (15) days after the reports are made available to the public as specified in Government Code Section66006(b), or any applicable successor statute.
