3.20.050 DEFINITIONS.

As used in this chapter:

A. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. A project consisting of new construction of one or more buildings or structures of which the major portion shall be used for business, commercial, office, industrial, warehouse or similar use.

B. RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT. A project consisting of new construction of residential dwellings.

C. RESIDENTIAL UNIT. A single-family residence; each separate habitation for one or more persons whether in a duplex, multiple dwelling, condominium or mobile home site. (Ord. 462 § 1(part), 1984).
