§ 151.02 DRAINAGE TILE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Control and supervision. The sizing, type, and placement of drainage tile shall be under the general control and supervision of the Board of Commissioners, and the system shall be operated as the Board of Commissioners shall from time to time ordain and direct.
   (B)   Supervision.
      (1)   No drain tile used for installing a driveway shall be placed into position until the area has been inspected by the Public Works Director, to determine the proper size of tile to be used.
      (2)   No drain tile used to fill in a drainage ditch which is facing or running parallel with a street or roadway belonging to the town will be installed prior to an inspection by the Public Works Director.
   (C)   Installation. The Public Works Department will install drainage tile to be used for a driveway at no cost to the property owner.
   (D)   Material costs.
      (1)   The cost of drainage tile to be installed in a driveway shall be at the homeowner’s expense.
      (2)   The cost of the soil to cover the tile at a driveway shall be at the expense of the town.
      (3)   The cost of drainage tile, soil, and catch basins when used to enclose a drainage ditch will be borne by the property owner.
