§ 151.01 OBSTRUCTING STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, to erect, build, or leave, or to cause any person to erect, build, or leave any fence, monument, or other obstruction on any street, sidewalk, alley, or other public place.
