8-3-5: SUSPENSION OF REGULATIONS:
The village board may, by majority vote, suspend all or any portion of sections 8-3-3 and 8-3-4 of this chapter for any village sponsored activity to occur in any public park. (Ord. 2007-85, 11-5-2007)
