A. Use of village owned or maintained parks, as defined in section 8-3-1 of this chapter, is open to the public, subject to the terms and restrictions of village ordinances. Other than as provided in this chapter, no person or organization shall have the ability to exclusively use all or a portion of a village park.
B. No person shall use or possess any alcoholic beverages, nor shall any person use any tobacco product in any village owned or maintained park or open space. (Ord. 2007-85, 11-5-2007)
