§ 131.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PERSONS. Any individual, corporation, partnership, association, trust, person doing business under an assumed name, county, municipality, state of Illinois or any political subdivision or department thereof or any other entity.
   SMOKELESS TOBACCO. Any tobacco products that are suitable for dipping or chewing.
   TOBACCO PRODUCTS. Any cigar, cigarette, smokeless tobacco, snuff, or tobacco in any of its forms.
