§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 131.01 through 131.03 shall be fined not less than $100 and no more than $150 for a first offense and not less than $200 and no more than $750 for a second or subsequent offense in a 12-month period.
      (2)   The Police Department shall notify the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of any person under the age of 18 years who violates any provision of §§ 131.01 through 131.03.

   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of § 131.17 shall be fined not less than $100 and no more than $150 for a first offense, and not less than $200 and no more than $750 for a second or subsequent offense in a 12 month period.

   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 131.27 shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $750 for each offense.

   (E)   Any person who violates any provision of § 131.36 shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $500.

   (F)   (1)   Any person who so absents himself or herself without permission in violation of § 131.45 shall be guilty of the offense of truancy, and shall be subject to the penalties set forth below:
         (a)   Upon the first conviction, the payment of a fine in an amount not in excess of $100;
         (b)   Upon the second conviction within a one-year period, the payment of a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500; and
         (c)   Upon the third conviction within a one-year period, the payment of a fine not less than $100 nor more than $500.
      (2)   A parent or legal guardian convicted of a violation of § 131.47 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500.
   G)   (1)   Any person who pleads guilty or is found guilty by a court of law of violating § 131.55 shall be punished by a minimum fine of not less than $250 and no more than $750.
      (2)   In addition, any person who violates any provision of § 131.55 and is convicted, pleads guilty, receives court supervision or probation by a court of law shall be ordered to pay an administrative fee of $100 to be paid to the law enforcement agency for testing of substance(s) collected.
   (H)   (1)   Any person who pleads guilty or is found guilty by a court of law of violating § 131.56 shall be punished by a minimum fine of not less than $250 and no more than $750.
      (2)   In addition, any person who violates any provision of § 131.56 and is convicted, pleads guilty, receives court supervision or probation by a court of law shall be ordered to pay an administrative fee of $100 to be paid to the law enforcement agency for testing of substance(s) collected.
