(A) Every person, firm or corporation who fails to comply with § 71.13, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense. (Ord. 0-76-1, passed 3-1-76)
(C) Any person, firm or corporation who violates §§ 71.40 through 71.42, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $100. Any person, firm or corporation arrested or issued a traffic ticket for a violation of this subchapter may appear at the office of the City Clerk within three days thereafter and pay to the Clerk the sum of $1. The payment of that sum to the Clerk shall be deemed a waiver or process, an entry of appearance, a waiver of jury trial and a plea of guilty to violation of this subchapter, and the sum so paid shall be deemed a voluntary payment of a fine for the violation and shall be a bar to further prosecution thereof.
