For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COIN. Coins of the United States, of the denomination mentioned in this subchapter.
COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of Public Health and Safety of the city.
OPERATOR. Every person who shall operate, drive or be in control of any vehicle upon any street.
PARK. The standing of any vehicle, whether occupied or not, upon any street for a period of time greater than is reasonably necessary for the loading or unloading of person or materials.
STREET. Any public street, avenue, road, highway or other public place located in the city and established for the use of vehicles.
VEHICLE. Any device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported upon a highway. A motorcycle, bicycle or motor bicycle shall be termed a VEHICLE.
