§ 71.42 SIGN POSTING.
   (A)   When the Commissioner determines a parking space is necessary for the purposes described in § 71.41, he or she shall report to the City Council his or her findings and determinations as to the location or and parking space required. Upon the approval thereof by the Council, the Commissioner shall cause appropriate signs to be erected, setting off and designating the parking space so determined and approved. The sign shall bear a legend substantially as follows: “No Parking. Bus Stop. Ordinance No. 64-4.”
   (B)   When signs are erected, as provided in this subchapter, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle other than a motorbus, whether attended or unattended, in any space set off or designated for motorbus parking.
