§ 52.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 payable to the city.
      (2)   A determination by a court that a violation of this chapter has taken place and the assessment of a penalty therefore shall not preclude the city from seeking a recovery of any unpaid charges, fees, or other sums due the city under this or other ordinances because of the furnishing by the city of its utility services

   (B)   Any person any of the provisions of §§ 52.090 through 52.093 may be fined not less than $100 and not more than $500 and in addition to the fine shall become liable to the city for any loss, expense or damage occasioned by the city by reason of the violation, whether the same was caused before or after notice.    (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 52.110 through 52.116, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500. Each day a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 0-77-1, passed 1-3-77)
