§ 52.116 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Every police officer of the city, in connection with the duties imposed by law, shall enforce the provisions of this subchapter diligently.
   (B)   The Mayor shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this subchapter by the discontinuance of water service in the event of a violation.
