16.12.060   Discontinuance of nonconforming use.
   In the event that a nonconforming use is discontinued for a period of 12 consecutive months, or the structure is deemed non-habitable by an authorized building official, as defined under Title 15.04.040 of the County Code, any further use thereof shall be in conformity with the provisions of this title.
