Before a permit is issued pursuit to Section 10.52.050, a owner shall obtain a one million dollar single limit comprehensive general liability insurance policy with specific provisions covering bodily injuries and property damage. The owner shall name Pima County as additional insured on all comprehensive general liability policies and shall provide Pima County with copies of certificates of insurance and the endorsement of additional insured each year as the policy is renewed. All policies shall provide that insurer shall provide Pima County with a written notice of cancellation a minimum of thirty days before cancellation.
